Q:      How can I benefit from using an agency?
A:       CP Staffing LLC can save you an enormous amount of time and effort in finding a job that fits not only your skill set, but also your strengths and experience. We work with many employers in Central Massachusetts and always have openings in a number of different area of expertise. We will find those positions that work best for your needs in terms of shifts and type of employment (Temporary, Temporary to Direct Hire and Direct Hire). In addition, Temporary and Temporary to Direct Hire employment allows you to make sure that the job is suited to you and you to the job. 

Q:      When are paychecks disbursed?
A:       Paychecks are disbursed every Friday. Direct deposit is also offered to all of our valued employees.

Q:      How are timecards handled?
A:       Each employee must fill out a timecard provided to them by CP Staffing, LLC and have their immediate supervisor sign it and submit it to our office by 9am Monday morning either by fax, drop off or mail.

Q:      What positions do you specialize in?
A:       Our primary areas of expertise are in accounting, administrative, engineering, drafting and light industrial.

Q:      Do you offer health or dental insurance?
A:       We sponsor both health and dental insurance however, we do not contribute to nor manage the plan.

Q:      Do you offer vacation time and holiday pay?
A:       No, we do not offer vacation time or holiday pay.

Q:      Do you offer sick pay?
A:       No, we do not offer sick pay.
