Q:      How can I benefit from using an agency?

A:       CP Staffing LLC can save you an enormous amount of time and effort in finding applicants that are not only qualified for the positions you need filled, but that are also all personally interviewed and individually assessed to make sure that the best possible match is made.  

Q:      What regions do you provide staffing for?

A:       We primarily service Central Massachusetts although opportunities outside that region and even into neighboring states are not uncommon.

Q:      What positions do you specialize in?

A:       Our primary areas of expertise are in accounting, administrative, engineering, drafting and light industrial.

Q:      Do you perform reference checks on your applicants?

A:       Yes. We do full reference checks on our applicants, saving you time and money.

Q:      Do you test your candidates?

A:       Yes. Each applicant must pass a math evaluation to establish a baseline skill level. We also provide the QWIZ testing for accounting or administrative positions and engineering software testing for the technical positions.

Q:      How does hiring a temporary employee into a permanent position work?  

A:       Each applicant must apply in person so that we can get a better assessment of what opportunities would be the best fit for them. The full process will be further explained then as each customer has different requests and processes tailored to them.

A:       Yes, we do provide on-site employee hiring as requested.
